WHO AM I
I'm a mother of two little girls who are my inspiration (Selah & Ember) and wife to an amazing husband who weaves stories to life through motion picture. We try to surround ourselves with nature, music, and beauty, and through these things they discover more about our place in this world.
Formally a worship leader, youth leader, and manager of a program promoting quality early education, I am finally fulfilling my dream of being home with my children and starting a family child care program.
Intrigued and inspired by Reggio and Waldorf philosophies, I believe that children learn best naturally and when they follow their interests and construct their own knowledge. I believe in the arts as a necessary and vital piece of human development, and in a child's ability to understand God in the purest way - often far more than we can as adults.
